Exchanges& Refunds

If 15 days have passed since you received your order or you bought theitem(s) on sale, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. Onlyregular priced items qualify. To be eligible for a return, the itemmust be returned to us via regular mail service, unworn and unwashed.

Tocomplete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase anda picture of the item(s) bought. And you email to 

Note:For all international physical product orders which are not shippingwith a trackable option, we cannot guarantee you will receive yourpackage if you are not taking the trackable shipping. We will notrefund any orders which go over the delay prescript by the postalservice. Refunds are not possible for an order not received forinternational orders, if the shipping option was not trackable.

Ifyou haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/PayPalaccount. It can take up to 5~7 days business day to appear on youraccount. If you have any problems, questions, or concerns.

How to Exchange a Product

Thatbeing said, it must be sent back in their original packaging, withthe tags, if any. The package custom declaration must be marked as a“return of goods” or as a gift when sent back to Joined. You willbe responsible for any fees related to the return/exchange of yourproduct.

Note:You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and brokeragerelated to the exchange of your product on shipping the order back tous. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest to use a trackableshipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannotguarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Onceyour return has been received and inspected, we will send you anemail to notify you we have received your returned item. We will alsonotify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund.

Weprovide 1 (one) time free of charge for your exchange. If you areapproved for a refund or an exchange, we will process it bycontacting you about the shipping payment to ship back your order. Ifit’s for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to yourcredit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

We are not liable to you or anythird party for any modifications, price changes, suspension ordiscontinuance of the service.


Ifa package is sent back to us by a postal service for any givenreason, you are responsible for the shipping cost to send back thepackage to you. We will contact you and confirm the second shipmentof the package. If after 60 days we’ve notified you and we haven’theard back, all returned packages will be put back into stock andrefunded if applicable.


Youwill be responsible of any customs fees related to your order. Pleasenote that the taxes charged by your country’s customs is solelydetermined by them.

Weare shipping all orders with ACS due to their competitive pricing andefficiency. ACS has a reputable relationship with most countrieswhich helps to remove the regular brokerage and reduce custom fees.

Thecustoms fee will depend on the value of the package and the itembought. Please refer to your country’s customs for furtherapproximation of the cost.


Allour products carry a 30-day warranty. This warranty covers damagedand defective products. In these situations, we will exchange theseproducts for you free of charge.

Someitems like the the lever on Lever Belts have an extended warranty of90 days and 1 year, respectively, which means only the product itselfis covered within the timeframe, shipping fee will have to be coveredby the customer if it goes over the 30-day warranty coming with anyof our products.


Theitems on final sale won’t come back in stock and can’t bereturned or exchanged.
